All orders are processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

• Other Locations: 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹70 shipping charge for orders below ₹999

🧵 Pre-Book / Made-to-Order Items

Due to high demand, some of our best-selling items are available on a pre-book basis to ensure you can still place your order

• Pre-book items will be clearly labeled, and details will be mentioned in the product description. Customers are requested to review this before placing the order.

• Pre-book items require an additional 30–50 working days for dispatch
• If your order includes pre-book items, the entire order will be shipped together
• This helps us deliver better quality products at affordable prices.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Partial Cash on Delivery is available across India for a smooth and secure shopping experience.

📦 Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of dispatch.

🚛 Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with images or video. We will arrange a quick resolution.

🔁 Return to Origin (RTO)
Orders that are not accepted or are unreachable may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require prepaid confirmation.

🌍 Serviceability
We deliver across India. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

💳 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure genuine orders and faster processing, we follow a partial advance system for COD orders.

1. Advance Payment
   A small advance of ₹150 is required to confirm your order. Orders are processed only after receiving this payment.
2. Balance Payment
   The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
3. Order Confirmation
   Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
   Advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery.
5. Delivery & Refusal
   If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, the advance payment will not be refunded.
6. Shipping Timeline
   Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days depending on location.
7. Non-Serviceable Areas
   Partial COD may not be available in certain locations. In such cases, prepaid orders will be required.
8. Order Safety
   To maintain a smooth shopping experience, we reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders.
